Don't Buy Samsung - Bad quality and no service

My 3 year old Samsung dishwasher gave up draining and after booking a paid for call out fee the technician was here for all of 10 minutes and said it couldn't be fixed and that was that. Took over a day to get a response from the call out centre to say it would be passed to Samsung and they would deal with it. They haven't. Even after having a contact name and calling the original service centre nothing has been done. They don't care. We spend the money to get a great brand and land up with *******. Will never buy it again. Would appreciate at least an explanation from them but am done pulling my hair out trying to contact anyone. Useless. Pass the buck enough perhaps they hope I will give up.<br> <br> Terrible service and no explanation why the machine has decided to rust inside...its a dishwasher!
