Do not take a deal with samsung offering a "free gift" - you do not get it!

I went into vodacom in Cresta mall to get a phone. I would of bought the huawei as I had previously upgraded from a samsung to a huawei and found the phone to be high speced and had a longer battery life.

Anyway while I was browsing the store for a phone I noticed that samsung had a deal for a S21 with a tab A7 on promo. Since I needed a tablet I thought that this would be a great option. I took the deal and was only told after the fact that the store did not actually have the stock of the tablet and that I would need to log onto a website and register for the gift, the samsung BA was very helpful and adiment that I would get my tablet within 7 - 10 working days.

Well it has now been two months of fighting, apparently a tablet had been dispatched two weeks ago and the courier was hi-jacked... I am now told that the issue has been escalated but that they have no Idea when I will be dispatched a new tablet.

I want to take this samsung phone back cancel the deal and get the huawei phone I should have taken in the first place.

we were also told that a manager would call us back yesterday... still waiting.
