DO NOT GET A SAMSUNG NOTE 10 OR ANY SAMSUNG PHONE.
DO NOT GET A SAMSUNG NOTE 10 OR ANY SAMSUNG PHONE. So I got my brand new Samsaung Galaxy Note 10 plus the one that samsung is bragging about all over new out of the box. Within seven days I realised the s pen doesnt work on the screen on a specific spot when I use a screen protector glass or gel made for the note 10 plus. I then sent it away for Out Of Box fault. Days later I hear from my provider samsung rejected my out of box fault test and I will be recieving my phone back faulty like I got it from samsung. They want to take your money and then just forget about you and to make it worse they take days to send you your faulty phone back. Pathetic how far Samsung has fallen now Im stuck for 2 years with a faulty phone. Samsung doesn't deserve the star I had to add it BTW and its a 20K phone so pathetic company DO NOT GET A SAMSUNG NOTE 10 OR ANY SAMSUNG PHONE.

20 Oct 2019, 16:06Screen broken again same issue as above. Samsung dont even bother calling me to resolve an issue I have to pay for. Unless you sending me a new phone for my troubles like you should have before the ennitial 7 days was finished I wouldnt be in this mess. DONT BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE PEOPLE NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE THEY PUT YOU THROUGH GIVE YOU A NEW PHONE THATS BROKEN AND MAKE YOU SIT WITH IT FOR TWO YEARS BECAUSE ITS NOT BROKEN ACCORDING TO THEM. SO SAMSUNG SELLS BROKEN PHONES NOW AND FORCES USERS TO USE IT PATHETIC COMPANY. IF YOU NOT GOING TO SEND ME A NEW HAND SET FREE OFF CHARGE IM GOING TO MAKE SURE I COST YOU A FEW SALES WITH MY REVIEWS. GREEDY STINGY COMPANY.
