Do Not Buy This Samsung Tv!
Samsung 49" 4K tv STAY AWAY FROM THIS MODEL! 49NU7100XXA This Model tv has a major problem with the remote losing connectivity. Samsung can not repair this, and they are aware of this fault. They are not willing to give me a tv that is fault free or refund me and take this piece of Junk! away.

Please stay away from this TV! Service order no ***. Service dep. no help at all, can not get contact no of any one in a senior position to bring this to their attention. Had only LG TV,s before this and not a single problem!

11 Nov 2019, 16:55Just had a call from Felicia at Samsung, to tell me that the problem I reported in July under warranty, which has not been resolved to date, is now my problem because the warranty on
the remote has now lapsed!!! This is what happens when you deal with a Company that takes your money and runs and *****'s you. People beware of this **** product.
