DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINES
NEVER BUY an appliance from Samsung. NO after sale service. NO customer care. Appliances not good. Samsung do not come out for repairs. Our washing machine just stopped working. We phoned Samsung numerous times. IF you can get hold of somebody, they promise to come out but it stays at promises. They donot have s****ed people to fix washing machines SO DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE

08 Jan 2020, 12:06Escalating AGAIN????? I am sick and tired of ESCALATING and NO SERVICE. How can you replace a motherboard twice in 6 months where only two people use It never moved from its spot, never over load. I'm taking good care of it. Too expencive to pay for uns****ed workers IF somehow you get hold of them. Does a SAMSUNG motherboard only last for 6 months?
