DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG TVs, IT WILL END IN TEARS!!!
I purchased a Samsung TV (ua58tu7000k) on 30-11-2020. The TV was delivered and all was okay for 2 weeks. All of a sudden, the LCD started showing some funny lines.
I reported this to the company I bought it from on 20-12-2020 and after so much hassle from Samsung, they replaced the TV with another unit just after 15-01-2021.
Now, the replaced unit has gone blank again and not showing any pictures. This is not even my main TV, we use this tv occasionally like once in 2 weeks.
I am highly disappointed that a brand like Samsung would sell such an awful product to the public.
You can't make this up Samsung, the Samsung TV (ua58tu7000k) model has an LCD issue and must be recalled.
We work hard for our money, and will not be taken for granted with this terrible product.
