Do not buy SAMSUNG MULTIFUNCTION OVEN

Consumers beware. SAMSUNG MULTI FUNCTION OVEN BQ1VQ6T012/XFA - their top of the line oven sold for R12000.00 plus does not actually work. This oven is suppose to be able to allow you to steam items as well as cook conventional, but the steam function does not work at all. They have replaced the oven 3 times with brand new ones from the factory and all 3 ovens gives a E73 error the moment you try and do steam cooking.<br> Not a single Samsung affiliated repairman knows what a E73 error is and they have not really tries to find a solution either. We are now at the stage that they will refund me my money, but cannot give me the assurance that this product will be removed from all stores and advertising material as they are clearly selling a product with a factory defect and will keep catching other consumers off guard.
