DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG ONLINE!!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF THE SAMSUNG ONLINE STORE!! I attempted to buy a washing machine from samsung online. The money was deducted, but I received no order confirmation. I phoned in and spoke to someone on the whatsapp line, they initially did not want to assist me, referring me to pay flex, who in turn told me that Samsung should contact them. I sent an email with all information via email and had to follow up with Simphiwe, an employee who constantly **** to me, saying she phoned when she did not. They finally tracked the funds 21 days after my purchase, but was unwilling to provide me with a washing machine. They insist of paying me back, but haven't heard from them since. It's been 28 days now, and I do not have a washing machine or my money back. They never called me after I stopped phoning. Their employees are lazy, lying *******.
