DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from Samsung! Don't even consider a fridge
Purchased a Samsung fridge 2 years ago and whilst under warranty it stopped working. The technician came out and advised the fridge needs to be replaced. It's literally been a MONTH that the technician came out and that we are trying to get ANY damn feedback from Samsung to replace the fridge! We have received disgusting or actually NO service from them. We have been with a broken fridge for more than a month and they could not care less. Beware of buying any appliances from Samsung! If it breaks, even under warranty, you'll pull your hair out before getting a response from them! Never ever again!
