Do not Busy Samsung

I bought a new Samsung S20. During the first 4 weeks of owning it, I probably used it 5 days in total. Once I transferred all my data, it gave me a sound error. I called the head office and they did trouble shooting during the course of a couple of days. I was then advised to take my phone in. The phone was in the repair store for over a week. I finally received an email saying that I have to pay R862 to fix my BRAND NEW PHONE. They finally agreed that I should not pay for the repairs and a couple of days later I received my phone back. After spending the weekend reloading the new phone a 2nd time with my data, it gave me the exact same error. When I called Samsung Head office this morning, they informed me that I need to hand my phone in another 2 times, before they will consider replacing or taking the phone back. Clearly they don't know what the problem is, but just playing for time. In the meantime, I the consumer need to wast my time and money, driving up and down. The service level is shocking to say the least.

Do not let Samsung fool you. Responding to a post saying that they will get a "senior customer service executive" to contact you, looks all good! What they actually mean is that they will get a call centre person to contact you and instruct you to take your BRAND NEW phone in AGAIN! NOTHING ELSE! Not what is wrong or how can we help you?
