Dissatisfaction with expensive Samsung double door Refrigerator

I purchased a new double door Samsung Refrigerator in May and 7 month's later this expensive Refrigerator it's not working. I lodged a complaint today and Samsung will not assist me by sending out a technician to sort out their faulty product although it's under guarantee, and I'm left with no fridge during the holiday's and with all my holiday food being spoilt and no one at Samsung service center is willing to assist me.
