Dissatisfaction

Hi there's,

I'm writing this review to express the disappointment I had with Samsung S21 plus to even think that I spend so much money for nothing. I got a faulty phone and the service I have received when trying to return it was appalling.

I bought my phone on the 30th of August 2021 at cape Town water front vodacom store and I started using my phone on 1st of September as I bought it as a gift for my birthday. On the 1st of September ( my birthday) I was making calls and the speaker was making funny noise, because I have been using Samsung for years I gave the phone the benefit of doubt cause I've never experienced such with S phone's.

Today 8th of September 2021 I decided to take the phone back to vodacom store in Mall Of Africa and I was told they can't assist me and I need to take my phone back where I bought it which is ( Cape Town) mind you I'm based in Gauteng, I called the Cape Town vodacom store since I have 7-14 days to return the phone to make arrangements since I can only be able to fly in on Sunday late and I can take the phone to the store on Monday morning and the lady promised to call me back as she still needs to speak to someone regarding this matter. I was surprised to hear that after spending so much money on the latest phone I still need to spend more on flights what an inconvenience no one is trying to meet me half as there's many vodacom store in Gauteng selling the same thing, why should I fly to Cape Town?
