Dishwasher Door Faulty

I bought a Samsung Dishwasher last year and it works fine. After a couple of weeks the door made a funny noise when you open it. So I reported it to Samsung in 2015 they came out and told me that the door was supposed to make this noise and that it goes through stages when you open it almost like gears. <br> So I reported the same fault again in 2016 in January and the came out and sprayed some Q20 on the door racks/hinges. The technician told me that if the noise is still there I must phone him and he will put some grease in door racks/hinges. I did phone and he came out and the noise is still there after 2 days. <br> I phoned Samsung in total 4 times to come fix the same fault on the dishwasher. They only logged 2 job numbers and now it looks like I reported it only twice instead of 4 times. I am currently still waiting for Samsung to come out to my house to fix the problem but they promise they will come on Friday then on Monday then it was early Tuesday morning still they haven't arrived to fix the issue. <br> My question is what Samsung going to do to fix this problem as I can't phone every second day to report the same problem. Will Samsung replace the unit or will Samsung fix the uni
