Dishonest, ********* and incompetant Brand has no ethics!!!

Already having an iPhone as my work phone a couple of years ago I decided to part with SONY and went the SAMSUNG mobile route. I was fairly satisfied until last year and my upgrade to the NOTE S20 ULTRA 5G. I went to Vodacom in Midstream to see what was available. The staff at Vodacom convinced me to upgrade from a two year to a three year contract as they there a special from SAMSUNG, i.e. take the three year option and you would qualify for a UV phone sterilizer and a 32" HD TV. what a pack of lies!! when I tried to apply for the UV sanitizer I was told by Samsung that the special had already expired! how dishonest and *********. Then came the drama with the TV. A week after receiving the S20 Ultra the phone got so hot that it stopped working. Literally melted inside. After a bit of a struggle I got given a new handset as the first was unrepairable. At this stage I still had not heard from SAMSUNG about the TV. When I followed up I was advised that the serial number on my application was not valid. I advised them that this must be because I had to get the first handset replaced after the technical meltdown and the new serial number is probably the issue. I send ALL relevant information to customer service, verify@samsung, SAMSUNG SA, etc. Was "assisted" by Kirsten Olifant, Bafana Dhlamini, and at least three other people on the customer service number who's names I unfortunately did not get. This was October last year. Many promises of getting back to me, calling back, assuring me all the documentation was now verified and all sorts of other lies! How does a company like Samsung stoop so low as to falsely get a client to accept their top phone and extended contract under the pretext of giving him two Samsung "gifts" as a special??!! its disgraceful and on my next upgrade it will not be Samsung I chose. same will go for our appliances, from microwave to TV!! disgraceful!
