Dish washer deception

Good day<br> I purchased a Samsung dishwasher In November from Game in Richards Bay. I actually wanted to buy the Defy product, but due to the offer of a free holiday with every Samsung purchase, I was swayed and ended up thinking I was getting two things for the price of one by buying the Samsung. <br> <br> We now nearly 3 months down the line and I am yet to receive my voucher for the holiday even after at least 10 phone calls to Buy and Get. The call centre cannot tell me what is wrong and why my information hasn't been validated. <br> <br> Then to add salt to the wound the Samsung dish washer is already broken and has a faulty heating element. <br> <br> I now really regret my purchase and don't know how much more of my personal time I need to waste to get this issue resolved. <br> <br>
