Dish Washer

Bought a new dishwasher and more from Hirshes and just before the unit came out of warranty the unit started flashing E3 logged the call with Hirshes and they said Samsung would call me that night to do a telephone check as they don't just send people out. After long time firstly obtaining the invoices a technician from OEG came out removed the machine. They promise the machine don't deliver and you as a client have to chase up on them. Two weeks later no machine and we all in the dark and washing dishes.<br> I think they use sub contractors that don't know what is happening and give the product a very bad name.<br> Your warranty is only good as your service and Samsung has no service. If you buy the product you take there is no service so don't take any additional warranties as its a big *******.
