Disgusting, ********* and can’t be trusted

Disgusting, *********, no heart for customer and stinking attitude towards a customer. I bought a washing dryer machine on 18.5.2022 Samsung online. On same day bought 85 TV Plasma, 40L microwave and 14 place dishwasher all Samsung but from takealot. I reported a fault on dishwasher and they came to attend to it around 19 June. This is when their technician noticed my washing dryer sitting next to my dishwasher to be damaged and asked if I bought second hand. When he inspected it, he discovered a sizeable dent underneath the machine making is clear that the machine was dropped and cracked open at some places due to mishandling in transit or at warehouse but no one owned up at Samsung. They continue to sell the machine to me and delivered and slide it in its compartment without me noticing. Because of trust towards the brand and thinking Samsung is professional, I reported on 25 June they refused to exchange citing its reported beyond 14 days of purchase. This follows spending close to R60k later at one go towards Samsung. Samsung is a disgrace they will rob you daylight. Do not buy Samsung, choose other brands who can be trusted.
