Disgusting service- non existant service centre
Ive had the most useless and frustrating experience with your samsung promotions contact centre. Ive tried numerous times to call your promotions contact centre and ive waited 3 hours with no answer.*** Ive sent numerous emails and still no answer. What the hell is going on???
I redeemed a voucher that was given to me by vodacom for contract that im paying for- a TV voucher. Does no one even work at this place? Ref ***M5C I need assistance to know where is my TV???
You guys are frustrating and so unprofessional
