DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG

I purchased a Samsung 488L French door fridge which cost me R42 000-00. 2 Years in and the left hand door starts rusting. We called they came out and replaced the door. While doing so, they broke the seal where the ice comes out so had to come and replace that. This was last year in March just before lockdown. Now the same door is rusting again!! My husband has been calling daily and all he gets told is that the issue has been logged and they are now awaiting a decision. This has been going on for over 2 months now. Shocking service especially when it cost us so much and especially because it is supposed to be a good make.
