Disgusting Service

The service from Linda Makiakie and Yugan Kistadu is pathetic beyond words... Linda calls me last week Friday stating my buds+ will be delivery early this week and today is Wednesday when is early this week she could not explain and said if the buds+ don't arrive I must speak to Yugan... i have sent several emails to them and no response and I called yesterday spoke to another consultant and he stated I will get feedback before close of business yesterday but no one called me ... i can't understand how I cannot even get a response on email the service is beyond pathetic
