Disgusting service by Samsung South Africa
Hi I took out a contract for a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra in December 2020 , Samsung was running a promotion at the time that you get a 32 " Tv free with every purchase or contract. I made the necessary claim via the Vodacom store I took the contract with but to this date have not yet received the free Tv, I have made numerous calls , sent emails with proof of the purchase , the claim details to Samsung but nothing. Really disappointing as I really love the Samsung brand but have been put off by this dreadful service.
