Disgusting service and shocking Tumble Dryer.
I am absolutely disgusted in Samsung. I have been loyal to the brand for decades. I bought a brand new state of the art very expensive 8kg Tumble Dryer with heat pump technology and sensor drying. This allegedly fancy Samsung Tumble Dryer is revolting , only to have my clothes stinking after each cycle. They've done 2 collections and then tell me there's nothing wrong with it. It's taken 2 months of begging and fighting to no avail. Shame on you Samsung, you've let yourself down
