Disgusting service
Took my Samsung 72" plasma screen TV in for repairs and was told at the repair centre in Morningside, Sandton on Rivonia road. I was told that they don't repair the plasma screen TV and that I should purchase a new LED screen TV as they don't repair them. Disgusting service from the useless *********** staff. Clearly they don't care about customer retention!. Simply appalled and the **** service. It's LG for me now. Why did you make the plasma screen TV that I had since 2010.
