Disgusting Service
My Samsung washing machine was taken in by their referral company OEG Electric for repair and after a week of following up with OEG they gave me a quote of R6 400.00 to repair my washing machine!!!
This is blatant day light ******* at its worst degree!!! I can buy a new machine for this price! Samsung should be ashamed of themselves ! I will never purchase a Samsung appliance ever again!
I am truly disgusted with the poor service from OEG Electric and Samsung for their referral to them !!!
