Disgusted with Samsung
I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Samsung Promotions. I did a cellular upgrade in January 2021 for a Note 20 and was to receive a Samsung 32 inch TV. I sent through all the information required on the 06/01/2021 and received the following reference number 49FH159X1 with a response stating the TV will be delivered within 7 - 14 working days. To date I have not received the TV nor any proper response from any agent or manager that I have spoken to regarding when the TV will be delivered. I follow up continuously and yet I am still awaiting a proper answer of when the delivery will take place. It has now been 4 months later and still no joy.
