Disgusted in Samsung service
My husband and I have been so disgusted i the way this matter has been handled. Since the last upgrade we got feedback, he even got the list of gifts to choose from and the delivery address was provided and that was the last concrete feedback we got from Samsung. He just gets told the relevant department will get back to you. It's been months and that's all we get told like they brushing us off. This promotion took place in August 2020 and still we haven't gotten the gift that was on promotion.
