Disgusted at service delivery from Samsung

I have placed my claim for my galaxy buds of which is part and parcel to the deal for the Samsung s20 ultra prior to lockdown starting.

For weeks I received no communication from Samsung only to receive an sms during lockdown to advise they not able to deliver due to lockdown and courier service limitations - fully understand.

Two weeks later I receive an e-mail stating that my claim cannot be processed due to my confirmation of upgrade received not being suffice and fail to send further confirmation within 7 days will forfeit my galaxy buds.

I rep**** by saying that the store I did my upgrade with is closed due to lockdown and cannot obtain the docs but sent through images of my fone & packaging with imei numbers and statements indicating upgrade date from service provider.

To date no response received to my emails, nor any delivery or contact.

I'm disgusted at the service delivery from Samsung - to think I have been loyal to the brand since my Samsung note 2 and have been religiously changing my fone every year to the new spec Samsung device.

As a result I'm seriously considering changing by choice of brand. Hopefully my one sale per annum and word of mouth would create awareness amongst the public as to what the brand stands for.
