Disgraceful service company

The service received by Samsung is utterly disgusting and disgraceful. I have being having continuous problems with Samsung and regret purchasing a Samsung product. Samsung products do not live up to the standard that the company portrays it to be, also the people that you deal with when you want to sort your stuff out are just terrible. They deliberately lie to you so that they can cover up for themselves and to make things easier for themselves. I have never dealt with and had such problems with any other company as I am having with Samsung. They do not contact you when they suppose to, you have to keep on contacting them. When you want to speak to a certain person, they make you hold then they come on and say they going to transfer you to a completely different person(not who you asked to speak to) and transfer you without waiting for you to respond, when you will have to hold on. <br> I am truly disappointed with them and I do not want them to respond back to this as I am done with purchasing Samsung products and I know that this will prove futile as Samsung will not do anything to assist, but when they want you to purchase their products, then they will promise you the best.
