Discontinuaton of parts

In December I called Samsung for a broken part on my Refridgerator, and the gave me a name of a company in Vanderbijlpark to help me. And the company supp**** me supp**** me with the correct goods. But the second time around the company that they referred me to told m that the part that I needed has been discontinued, by Samsung.<br> How do the sell appliances, put their number on them ,for problem encountered , after sales.<br>
