Disapponting design flaw in Samsung washer / dryer

I have several Samsung appliances, all of which are outstanding. I recently purchased a combination front-loader washer / dryer (7kg / 5kg.) There is major design flaw in the design of this machine. I inadvertently left a two-Rand coin in the pocket of my trousers, and in the washing process, this found its way between the stationary- and the revolving drum. Net result: hole in outer(plastic) drum and water everywhere. (R2 700 to repair). The problem is that there is a gap between the two drums which will allow, for example, a R2 coin to slip through. What about steel buttons attached to jeans? if a button comes loose and slips between the drums, chances are excellent that the outer drum (plastic) will be damaged. I have used many, many front loaders from different manufacturers and have never experienced this problem. Avoid this product if you do not want hassles!
