Disapponitted customer

i had purchased a Samsung smart tv from Makro toti branch on the 25th March . on the 27th I had went back to store to complain that the legs of the tv was not fitting. The lady at the store had logged a complaint to Samsung and till today I have not received any feed back from Samsung as the store did commemorate to me that they had followed up numerous times. This service is disappointing as I wanted to place my Tv on my unit instead on the wall. this was an added expense for myself.
