Disappointment

My Z flip keeps shutting off. When that stopped it kept shutting down when I close it. I have done everything in the guides, troubleshooting tips and had to resort to buying a new phone while the Samsung was not even a year old. This problem happens to many people it seems (reading all the complaints regarding the same thing). When I first got the phone, it fell but it wasn't bad, but the Samsung store informed me that for that reason my warranty is void however people who were still covered under the warranty ended up having the same problem (as I gather from reviews) by the looks of it. What makes it worse is that I would have been more than willing to pay for Samsung care but when I bought the phone it wasn't offered, I switched from Huawei so I didn't know about it. This phone was expensive not even factoring in the smar****ch and ear buds I bought separately and now can't use. At this point I feel so helpless and genuinely wish that I never bought a Samsung phone. I don't even know what to do short of throwing the thing away...basically 30k down the line...
