Disappointing Service
So today, I went to the Samsung Store in Pavillion (Westville) to get my phone fixed. I was so disappointed to be told that they do not receive LCD screen broken phones. What is the point of having the store when it does not support Samsung users. After traveling for 2 and a half hours to be told such is really disappointing.
