Disappointing Service at Samsung Clearwater Mall

The service provided by Samsung Clearwater Mall is extremely disappointing. I brought my phone in due to speaker issues, but was informed that they do not perform assessments on the same day and that I needed to make a booking. After booking, no reference number was given. A few days later, I called and was shocked to hear that the turnaround time had been increased from 3-5 days to a whopping 4-6 weeks, something I was never informed of. It's impossible for someone to go without a phone for such a long period. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading reviews before choosing this service center. I only selected it because it was the closest one. Could someone please investigate this matter? I purchased the phone in February, and it's only been four months, but I'm already having issues with the speaker.
