Disappointed with service from game and Samsung

Hello my name is Lumanyano I recently bought a Microwave with Game Greenacres in Port Elizabeth few months later it stopped working .i took back to Greenacres Game in Port Elizabeth it. Was fixed but the same problem with the key paid then happened it showed an on google it says it’s a keep paid error took it back to game again I was then told it was not going to be fixed warranty void .there is nothing like that .that was specified in my warrant contract these repair people from B&L appliance in Newton park Port Elizabeth told me my warrant has been void I’m telling the guys it’s the same issue .Samsung has been a trusted brand hence I never opted for LG I recently bought a 86 inch to with Samsung I am now worried if I am going to get the same treatment should should something happened to it I’m very much disappointed.my email is ***
