Disappointed in Samsung

<p>I need to know how Samsung phones are made I bought Note 4 at MTN I loved that phone so much until one day I was charging it with it's own charger then it started burning on charging point of the the phone I removed the charger before it can do worse damage, I then returned the phone to MTN for repairs since it under warranty then they told me that Samsung technicians says that "is not their fault the phone caught fire, it caught fire because of moisture from the atmosphere"so I must fix it myself...... Am so disappointed in Samsung now am sitting here with a damage phone still paying for something that caught fire because of atmosphere </p>
