Disappointed! From brand promoter to demoter!

<p>Samsung Digital Inverter 1200BTU - Worst purchase ever!!!! Paid more for a good brand with an inverter!! And have now been fighting since May this year with your "approved installer" and yourselves to fix the problems I have been having on the heating function! Almost out of winter and still not resolved! Every time you come with a different reason or fix and the only thing that doesn't change is the problem!!! Always been a Samsung fan but this is very quickly changing my perception of the brand! Especially considering the shocking after sale service!!</p>
