Disappointed

My father renewed a contract on 1 January and was told he received R5000 travel voucher. He did what he was suppose to do and sent all information on 6 January to recieve voucher.A month later still nothing was heard.He then contacted them again 2 weeks ago and they said photo of slip was not clear and to resend.After doing this still nothing has happened. He has done everything he was suppose to.whether or not the promotion expired that voucher still belongs to him..seems like Samsung clearly makes false promises and tries to make things as complicated as possible not let customers recieve what was promised.I would like this to be sorted asap or.....
