Disappoint in the Samsung Note 10

Hope all is well. I have complaint against Samsung SA. I bought myself a Samsung Note 10 a while ago. I paid R16000 for it. Please note I am extra care with all my devices. So I went on Camp and my phone fell in the water. (Normal Water not salt water) for under 5 Seconds.

Now I know the Note 10 is water resistant not waterproof.

So this happened and I did a bit of research on Google and on the Samsung site. Weirdly enough completely differ to each finding.

On Google it says the Samsung Note 10 can go 3.5 Meters under water for 30 Mins. which I did not test.

My phone got back from the cellphone guys and I was told my screen needs to be replaced (Bear in mind this is for under 5 Seconds in the pool water).

I have always been a Samsung Fan as I started from the S4 and carried right through to the Notes.

I feel like I have been cheated.

Please advise what will Samsung be doing as this is not on and yes I take responsibility for my phone going into the water for under 5 Seconds but I do not think it is fair as I have a Samsung Note 8 and I could swim underwater and take videos and Pics with it.

This is a later device and note even 5 Seconds and phone is off. My IMEI number is :***.

I would like a response to all this as the phone is currently off and needs a screen which was quoted R5600.
