Dieketseng at Samsung is a 5 Star employee

I shared an awful experience that I had with the company Samsung about their refund process which took me a month to get from them. Despite all the calls and emails, I would like to personally thank Dieketseng for taking this matter into her hands and sorting it out for us. I give you a 5-star review today, you are the only one in Samsung who heard us, kept us up to date with the progress and you said you would call you called and I would like to commend you on your work ethic which you don't get a lot of today. Thank you for your integrity and for ending this awful experience.
