Didn't expect this from Samsung
Deeply disappointed in Samsung. Pre-ordered my S23 in Feb. Promotion included a tablet. Registered, received confirmation e-mail, 3 months later and NO TABLET. We have called numerous times, and they blame their courier service. Every time we hold on forever. I have always loved my Samsung products (phones and appliances), but I will think twice going forward.
