Device still not fetched
It's been exactly a month since waiting for Samsung people to come fetch their device and refund me my 17k ,I am so tired of how I have been treated, and I need the money. I don't even have power anymore. I have reported to their Twitter account, I have sent many emails, looks like I will never have my money back
