Defice tracker

I 'lost' both my S3 & S4 Mini last year. Both were registered with Samsung Find My Mobile(And Android Device manager). As soon as I 'lost' them these devices were switched off and I was unable to locate them. Samsung and the network provider were unable to locate these devices either(or even help to do so), which in itself is useless, there must be a way to track them as they both have GPS.<br> <br> I check every week or so if one of the phones comes back on with Samsung Device manager but someone has removed my S4 mini from this page and when I logged this with Samsung they told me to just re-register my 'lost' phone.(not possible as part of the setup is on the handset itself)<br> <br> My next phone will be Apple.
