Defective washing machine
I bought a Samsung 9kg front loader washing machine a month ago and it has been giving me problems from day 1.
I struggled to get Samsung to come out for two weeks. Samsung eventually sent a techician to my house to balance and to check the machine and they said nothing is wrong and it works properly. It still gave me problems and I asked that they come out again. Then the techician said that the front was too low and the drum was hanging to the front and then he lifted the feet. It is still giving me problems. The drum bangs against the door and they still don't want to do anything about it.

I did not receive any emails. Also my problem is still not solved. Since when does a drum of a washing machine bang against the door while it washes and it is fine?
If i knew this washing machine would be like thos I would not have bought it. I want the machine replaced or my money back.
You advertise that it is quiet but it isn't and it is false advertising.
Clearly your customer advisor doesn't know what he/ she is talking about.
I have posted a video of the washing machine on my social media and we will see if you sell more of this ******* to other people.
