DEFECTIVE BATTERY VOIDS WARRANTY
Hi To all reading this

I have had my samsung s6 edge for nearly 6 months now,

unlucky for me, it has been sent once for a glass replacement due to my digitizer breaking. (kids)

So i when i got my phone back it was working 100 %, and I put it into a leather pouch so its screen can be protected. After a while my phones battery started giving problems with it dying when it reaches 50 %.

Eventually one day i took it out of the pouch and realised that the battery has swolen so much, and that because of the battery pushing the glass away.. the back glass broke.

Now because the glass and the battery has broken. Samsung's repair centre has voided my warranty and i need to pay R 800 odd Upfront.. I have logged a case with samsung head office. but it looks like i need to get ahold of the damage reprort and then they will decide.

I did not expect this from a R 14000 phone.. WHen you pay that amount of money for a product you would atleast hope its warranty is kept in place for a simple thing like a defective battery.
