Damaged Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Battery

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini & this is my 2nd battery that swell up & is damaged. I called them one of the days & they said they just cut the call on me it was so rude. It's Samsungs fault, its said on the internet that they made a certain percentage of damaged batteries & they will replace your battery if it swells, drains or explode. I can't afford another battery as I'm unemployed. I can't go to Samsung because I don't have any means of transport. Recently my friend had a damaged S4 Mini battery & your'll delivered a new battery to her & took the damaged one back. This S4 Mini is lying here useless & we pay so much for these phones. Can your'll please replace this damaged battery. Please help me as soon as possible. I will really appreciate it.
