Damaged Samsung Galaxy S4 Battery

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 & this is my 3rd battery that swell up & is damaged. I called them one of the days but never get any response. Its said on the internet that they made a certain percentage of damaged galaxy s4 batteries & they will replace your battery if it swells, drains or explode. I can't afford another battery as I'm unemployed & I can't go to Samsung because I don't have any means of transport. I don't know what to do. Recently my friend had a damaged S4 battery & your'll replaced him with a new battery. At the moment I have no means of communication because I can't use this phone. Can your'll please replace the battery. Please help me as soon as possible. I trust that your'll will help me & I will really appreciate it. Thanks.
