Hi<br> <br> i bought a sumsang phone on the 21-12-2015 and its batry is terreble it doesnt even last a day theis is a samsung trend neo i bought at fashion express in mamelodi denlyn mall now they cannot give me a new phone i dont know why if sumsang had quality batrys i wouldnt be having this problem i know my rights as a consumer and i will take this further than the ombuds man as i paid for this phone with my money, i would like sumsang to be in contact with fashion world or their supplier as i dont know who is the supplier for them to give me a new phone or my money back
