DAMAGE PHONE

About a 2eeks ago I wrote a complain about cell c and the consultant that called me back did not help me he just said I must call Samsung wen I asked him to get me someone from Samsung to call and explain to me what went wrong with my phone. He was not helpful instead he got me someone from repair centre who said the same thing that they cant fix my phone. I am not happy about the service I have receive as my phone was brought back to me not fixed so now I keep on paying for something that I don't have it and not using it hurts to see the debit order goes through but I don't have my phone with me. My question to Samsung what must I do as cell c said they are the one who has to fix it. Now I am very confused I don't know what to say and how to say it to who all I want is the explanation what happened to my phone because no one is saying anything to me
