Customer Service - Who Cares

<p>I took my Samsung Desktop into one of Samsugs agents, MM ALL Electronics on 25 January to be assessed. After several days and no feedback I finally managed to get hold of someone who told me the motherboard needed replacement and that there were none in stock / in the coutry and that there was no ETA either and it could take about 6 weeks but no guarantees ! </p> <p>I was very unhappy about that and then contacted Samsung customer esclations where a call was logged and i was given a reference. after a few days a representative called me who was very helpful and polite and advised that the issue had been resolved and that the part was available and that the agent would contact me and my PC would we repaired within a week. it is now about another 3 weeks later and i have still not even had a call in this regard, nor a follow up from Samsung to see whether my issue had been resolved or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now at my wits end as i use my computer for business purposes and have not had a machine for over a month now ! the service is beyond shocking ! </p>
